Police detained five suspects Saturday in the stabbing of two security guards at the “Hasilon” nightclub in Herzliya Friday night. The suspects will face a remand hearing on Sunday, according to Army Radio. Initial investigations revealed that the two guards, in their mid-30's from Petah Tikva, attempted to throw out a group of youths who had been misbehaving in the club. While they were escorting the group out, a few of the youths pulled out knives and stabbed the guards, who sustained light to moderate injuries. After the attack, the youths fled the scene, but were located by police on Saturday.
