Annan reprimands Iran over Holocaust cartoons Staff
UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan said on Saturday night that he was concerned over the common practice in Iran of publishing cartoons on the subject of the Holocaust. During a meeting with the Iranian foreign minister in Teheran, Annan said it was crucial "to try and avoid anything that is liable to incite hatred."
