Turkey says Iraqi Kurdish offer to suspend independence drive insufficient

Cavusoglu was speaking a day after Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who visited Ankara on Wednesday, insisted that last month's Kurdish independence referendum be declared void.
