IDF: Rocket alert sirens in Tel Aviv false alarm

The Israeli military's Home Front Command stated in the early hours of Thursday morning that the rocket alert that sounded in Tel Aviv and in other cities in central Israel overnight was a false alarm caused by a technical error in the army's missile defense system. The IDF also said that the source of the error will be looked into.
