The United States struck over 30 Islamic State targets in Syria over the past two weeks, including infrastructure and weapons storage sites, US Central Command (CENTCOM) said on Saturday.

According to CENTCOM, American forces hit targets in 10 strikes using precision munitions delivered by fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and uncrewed aircraft.

The strikes are a part of the larger Operation Hawkeye Strike, which was launched on December 13, 2025, in response to attacks on US forces in Syria’s Palmyra, which resulted in the death of two US service members.

“More than 50 ISIS terrorists have been killed or captured and over 100 ISIS infrastructure targets have been struck with hundreds of precision munitions during two months of targeted operations,” the CENTCOM statement said.

It noted that the strikes came after an earlier round of five attacks from January 27 to February 2 on an ISIS communication facility, logistics node, and weapons storage sites.
