Road accident in the South injures 22
A road accident injured 22 people on a road in the south of Israel, near the Beit Yanai-Mikhmoret junction, Walla reported. The accident involved a truck, a bus and two other vehicles.

Walla wrote that Magen David Adom members took charge of the scene, where 20 passengers were injured, two moderately. Eleven passengers were brought to Laniando Hospital in Netanya, and the others were sent to Hillel Yafe Hospital in Hadera.

Paramedic Avi Shehab said that he saw a damaged truck, and two squashed cars when he arrived at the scene. The bus was at the side of the road. He said that the truck was blocking the roads, preventing the onslaught of traffic. Traffic has been blocked by the Beit Yanai interchange due to the accident, and police are directing cars to different directions, according to Walla.
