Northern residents to sue paraglider Adam Wexler

Residents of kibbutzim along the northern border intended to file a suit against the paraglider Adam Wexler for supposedly causing a heightened security alert that prevented the farmers from working their fields, according to Army Radio. Wexler was detained last week after accidently drifting into Lebanon on a paraglider after taking off from the Manara cliffs near the border, allegedly without army approval. The Hizbullah opened fire towards Wexler, who with the help of the IDF made his way back to Israel. The incident occurred one day after the most serious Hizbullah attacks on the north since Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon five and a half years ago.
