An infant was hospitalized on Thursday in a coma after traces of marijuana were found in her blood. The baby, about a year old, was taken from her daycare center to the Assaf Harofeh Hospital in Tzrifin after caregivers noticed that her senses were dulled and she kept dozing off, Army Radio reported. The police arrived at the child's house, and found another toddler there in a state of neglect, along with her intoxicated father. Both parents were taken for investigation and subsequently released. The young girls were transferred to foster care.
