Girl sues over school injury

According to the report, an orthopedic specialist has determined that the accident has left the girl with a permanent 20 percent disability in her hand.
A Herzliya elementary school student is suing her school, her gym teacher and the Education Ministry for more than NIS 1 million after she was injured in a phys ed class lesson a year ago, reports local.co.il. The girl's lawyers have filed a lawsuit at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, saying that her right hand was severely injured when she fell over while running backwards on the instruction of the sports teacher. According to the report, an orthopedic specialist has determined that the accident has left the girl with a permanent 20 percent disability in her hand.
