Leviev to build in J'lem's Romema

The total estimated cost of the project, including purchase of the property and construction of the apartments, is expected to come to NIS 245m.

Africa Israel Residences announced Sunday that it purchased 7.6 dunams from private owners for an estimated NIS 92.6 million on which it plans to build 180 apartments for religious and haredi Jews in the Romema neighborhood of Jerusalem. The total estimated cost of the project, including purchase of the property and construction of the apartments, is expected to come to NIS 245m. Apartments will be offered in four-, five- or six-room layouts.
