It’s a tough world in business sometimes. It’s hard to know what to do and how to proceed. We’re just people. None of us know what’s really best, which is why we often take to the internet looking for advice. We spoke to some successful business owners about what they would consider to be good advice to give to the ordinary person living in Israel. We asked them what tidbit of information they would offer that could be applied for business. We’ve collected those opinions and brought them all together here, so let’s take a look.
Viktar Kliuchenia
As a CEO, Viktar offered us some pretty profound advice to start off with. “You should always walk the path you know to be correct, regardless of who follows you. Those who enter your life along the way are also walking this path, and your meeting is meant to be”. It’s a very powerful message for a business, and it reminds us all that we should do exactly what we feel is right in life, and not feel constrained and pushed around by anyone or anything. If you’re always true to yourself, then your business will find what it’s been searching for.
Luca Torzulli
As the CEO of Couponbuffer a Coupons & Promo codes aggregator, it’s safe to say that Luca has lived a pretty exciting life already. His advice addresses something we’re all a little guilty of here and there. “If you allow yourself to get caught up in the moment, and make decisions based on that moment, you lose sight of what’s truly important”. In business and in life, we’re all guilty of making snap decisions based on what’s happening in our immediate situation. It might be shouting at someone or making a bad business choice, but these choices usually wind up preventing you from doing what’s really important. Always try and consider the bigger picture when you want to say something, and you should hopefully prevent yourself from making serious mistakes.
Andy Beresford
Andy is the Managing Director of Home Leisure Direct, and was also someone who gave some pretty good advice. “Look for the little victories” he said. “These little victories may not look like much on their own, but they can represent continuous progress, no matter what situation you’re in”. It’s actually a pretty good point that’s being made. We’re always looking for that big success and reward that we forget to look out for the smaller ones, which for a business can be really important to keep motivation high.
Overall, these are just a few of the different things that you should consider when it comes to your business. It’s never easy at the beginning, which is why you really have to think about what it is that you want and how you can achieve it. You’ve got to keep aiming for the top, and recognising that by carving out your own path, you’ll own a business with no regrets.
