For many business owners and entrepreneurs, using social media to market their business and attract new customers feels daunting. But for Manuel Suarez, founder and CEO of Attention Grabbing Media, it’s not an impossible task – just an enjoyable challenge.

“Marketing, and marketing on social media, is something that can feel overwhelming if you don’t have the proper tools and skills,” Suarez said. “But with a solid educational foundation and a great team to help you out, you’ll be able to increase your following and drive traffic to your business.”

Suarez has been working with companies of all sizes for years. He believes that many businesses don't know where they should be focusing their attention, or even what they should be doing to get more followers or increase ROI organically.

“The stress of not knowing what to do is worse than the stress of actually implementing a social media or marketing strategy,” he said. “There are several things to consider when crafting social media strategies and content that actually work, and once you identify those items, all that stress goes away.

For starters, Suarez said, consistency is key. His dedication to consistency across platforms and his attention to detail when it comes to analyzing and connecting with audiences on social media, proves just that. AGM is known for managing company profiles and boosting visibility using Facebook advertising techniques and paid campaigns that drive real traffic and build up clients’ follower bases organically.

“I know that maintaining consistency across social media platforms is really difficult, but it’s essential to organic growth,” he said. “I see it every time I analyze a client’s audience – that time investment and consistency really pays off.”

Another vital aspect of a successful social media campaign is having an engaged customer base – and building one if you don’t have it yet. Social media and ad campaigns are essential tools for reaching new potential customers.

“This means understanding what your target demographics want and knowing how to articulate the value you can provide,” Suarez said. “Understanding these needs requires creativity, and a critical mindset when creating content.”

Not only that, Suarez added, but businesses need to understand where their target audience is spending its time, and how to leverage that knowledge.

“A business in the music industry is going to need to take a very different approach than someone operating in finance,” he said. “Figure out where your audience is. Facebook? Instagram? LinkedIn? If you don’t know, that’s okay for now, but finding that out and leveraging it by focusing your consistent content on that platform is crucial.”

It took Suarez years to learn all this, and the world of marketing is ever-changing. He said that’s a big reason why he began hosting workshops and mastermind sessions with AGM.

“I want to encourage business owners and entrepreneurs who are where I once was in my journey,” he said. “Social media is challenging, and building a customer base takes a lot of time. If I can give people the tools they need to do it well and get it right, then I know I’m using all the time it took to learn this myself the right way.”
