Samir Khosla, Chairman of Dynamic, the largest provider of foreign construction workers from India: Minister of Housing Rabbi Yitzhak Goldknopf's decision to approve a new route for bringing in foreign workers to the construction industry in the private route will allow 10,000 skilled and qualified foreign workers to be brought to Israel rapidly.

Starting from August 1st, the new pathway will expedite the arrival of foreign workers by streamlining the current processes and allowing corporations to filter, examine and bring in foreign workers directly, for up to 30% of their quota, from approved countries.

Yehuda Morgenshtern, Director General of the Ministry of Housing, recently approached Eyal Sisi, Director General of the Population and Immigration Authority, emphasizing Israel's current severe shortage of construction workers. In response, the Ministry of Construction and Housing is working to provide solutions to meet evolving market needs and is considering internal assessments accordingly.

According to the Ministry of Housing's plan, starting August 1st, 2024, corporations will be allowed to directly import up to 30% of their quota from approved countries without requiring specific professional examinations, provided they receive explicit statements from these corporations regarding their workers' professional competence.

Foreign workers brought to Israel by Dynamic Staffing Services under agreements with over 50 professional corporations have, on average, more than 12 years of total professional experience, including international work experience in countries like the United Arab Emirates.

He believes that since Israel offers some of the best terms and conditions available to Indian workers globally – the highest minimum salary and the longest contract period (5 years), it deserves to receive the very best workers India can offer.
