The Northern Whites blasted their way to a 13-8 victory over Jerusalem in a goal-filled game at the Canada Centre in Metulla.
The win gave the Whites sole possession of first place while leaving the Jerusalemites in third.
Rookie goalie Yoav Regev was big in the net for the Whites, while Jerusalem netminder Chaim Goldzweig was peppered with more than 40 shots.
Ziv Sharon skated circles around the Jerusalem defense and tallied five goals for the Whites, with Nimrod Glickman notching a single marker and six assists.
Action continues on Thursday night with fourth-place Metulla taking on the Central Blues.
