Kishrey Teufa Group announced on Tuesday that it is launching a strategic partnership with VibeTrip, an Israeli AI travel-tech company, to integrate a smart chatbot into Kishrey Teufa’s digital platforms and improve trip-planning services for Israeli customers, according to a company statement.
The first stage of the collaboration will focus on adding an AI chat tool to Kishrey Teufa’s website and internal systems, where it will provide professional guidance and information about organized tours.
AI enters the travel-booking process
VibeTrip’s platform is designed to centralize personalized travel planning through a conversational interface, combining destination information, recommendations, customized itineraries, interactive maps, and descriptions of attractions and travel experiences.
The companies said they designed the system to make travel planning more intuitive, precise, and accessible for customers. In later stages, the partnership is expected to expand into smart search, personalized vacation and flight packages, and AI-supported booking tools.
Part of a broader Israeli travel-tech shift
The move comes as Israeli tourism companies increasingly adopt technology to rebuild and improve services. The Jerusalem Post has reported on Ofakim Tech’s launch of a division connecting tourism start-ups with investors and clients, as well as AI-based travel tools aimed at helping tourism recover after the war.
Kishrey Teufa has also continued expanding its tourism activity abroad, including previous plans for a resort village in Finnish Lapland and renewed direct flights to Rovaniemi, according to earlier Jerusalem Post reporting.
Executives cite personalization and customer value
“We see artificial intelligence as a significant growth engine for the future of the tourism industry,” said Nir Mazor, vice president of marketing at Kishrey Teufa Group. “The collaboration with VibeTrip enables us to provide our customers with a more innovative, smart, and precise planning and inspiration experience, based on technology dedicated to the travel world.”
VibeTrip founder and CEO Roy Ben Yosef said the partnership was intended to change how Israelis plan vacations by combining artificial intelligence, quality content, and personalization.
Ben Yosef said, “We share a vision to change how people plan and experience their vacations.” “This collaboration is a significant step toward creating a smart, accessible, and inspiring tourism experience for the Israeli customer.”
