Jailed Senior Fatah-Tanzim official Marwan Barghouti said that a
Palestinian state can not be established through negotiations, in an
interview with Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram.

can not wait for a state to rise as a result of negotiations," he said
in response to a question about the possibility of the Palestinians
