3 men die when their car is fired on near Umm el-Fahm

Assailants fire on vehicle, car swerves and hits into pole, igniting into flames; police say criminal groups involved.

Three men were killed on Friday when their vehicle was fired on by assailants near the city of  Umm el-Fahm.
As a result of the gunshots, the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, swerved off the road, and slammed into an electricity pole which caused the car to ignite into flames.

All three passengers in the vehicle died during the attack.
Police were unsure whether the men died initially from the gunfire or from the impact of the vehicle and subsequent fire that engulfed the car.
Initial reports indicated that the violence was part of an ongoing conflict between criminal groups.
According to media reports, the three men who died were from Kfar Jat, and were in their 20s.
