Dellal – At the Suzanne Dellal Center in Tel Aviv, Dellal offers a five-course meal and a gift of duo champagne glasses for NIS 350. Choose from dishes like risotto, osso buco, beef filet and roasted artichokes. At 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Turkiz – (Sea & Sun , north Tel Aviv) A minimum of NIS 350 per person for New Year’s Eve dinner. For that price, they will make a special effort and serve only the best. There will be champagne at reduced prices.

Burger’s Bar Burger (BBB) – The chain offers a special of dinner for two at NIS 199. It includes two glasses of Cava, pate, carpaccio and salad, two glasses of red wine, chicken skewers and entrecote cuts, and surprise desserts. Starting at 7 p.m.

Shampina – The bubbliest place in town will be giving away bottles of bubbly on New Year’s Eve. More surprises will be personal labels on the bottles and very special prices for real champagne. There will also be many special dishes, a D.J. and fire crackers. (32 Rothschild Ave., Tel Aviv).

Kramim – The restaurant on Moshav Segula will have a New Year’s Eve dinner at a minimum of NIS 300 per person. There will be champagne, strawberries, sushi appetizers, many starters, and more. For dessert, each diner will receive a personal handmade box of goodies.

Vicky Christina – The bubbliest Tapas bar in the Tel Aviv Tachana compound will celebrate with a Spanish fiesta, flamenco dancers and lots of Cava. NIS 250 per person. (03) 736- 7272.

Bistro Tati – This bistro offers offers many special dishes for New Year’s Eve and a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight. 53 Derech Hashalom Givatayim. (03) 539-2500.

Avantgarde – It celebrates with a whole weekend of bubbly and special deals. 3 Habarzel St., Tel Aviv and 10 Abba Eben St., Herzliya. (03) 648- 0082

Gaya Bistro – The bistro in Binyamina offers a special set price for a 10-dish tasting menu with unlimited wine. And almost next door, at the Adama restaurant in Zichron Ya’acov, you can celebrate with a Spanish fiesta.

Benedict – The place for the morning after, Benedict offers a champagne breakfast for January 1, starting December 31 for two consecutive days. Blini with smoked salmon and mascarpone cheese, caviar with brie and other French cheeses and a personal bottle of Cava. Ben-Yehuda St. and Rothschild Ave. in Tel Aviv, and Herzliya beach.
