Spetter grew up in the Netherlands and then moved to Israel where he completed his military service.
He completed his bachelor's and master's degrees at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
After working as a Jewish Agency emissary on numerous projects, as well as completing projects around the world, he began working at Mizrahi Tefahot. Today, he is the Director of mortgage activities for foreign residents, responsible for a large team of specialized bankers located all over the country.
