A 12-year-old boy was killed and five other people were injured, three seriously, in a collision between a taxi and a truck near the entrance to the Yitzhar settlement in the Nablus area of the West Bank on Monday.

The Palestinian Red Crescent evacuated two people moderately hurt to a hospital in Nablus. The three seriously injured people, women in their 40s, were evacuated by military helicopter.

MDA paramedics said that both vehicles involved in the accident were Palestinian.
