The Lebanese Armed Forces on Sunday foiled a terror attack that would have targeted UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon, according to Hizbullah's Al-Manar TV. Four suspects in possession of large quantities of explosives were arrested in connection with the planned attacks, according to the report.
