At least two rockets or mortars fired from the Gaza Strip exploded in the Sderot and Ashkelon Coast areas Monday morning. No injuries were reported at the time of this report.

The Color Red rocket warning system was sounded in Sderot.

The IDF later retracted the report of the rockets, explaining that it was likely due to a glitch in its detection system.
