Bar-Osher to ask for 25 years in jail in likely plea deal

Mazal Bar-Osher, who is suspected of stabbing to death her neighbor Tali Attar last year in Ashdod, could be convicted of murder within a plea bargain reportedly being formulated between state prosecutors and her attorney.

Attar was eight months pregnant when she was murdered.

Based on the plea bargain, Bar-Osher will be convicted of murder with a reduced sentence. She will ask for a 25-year prison sentence, if the court approves the plea bargain.

Attar's family has strongly objected to the agreement being formulated.
