Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat has canceled a scheduled visit to the mixed neighborhood of Abu Tor in Jerusalem due to tensions between residents there, Army Radio reported Thursday.The municipality said the tour would be rescheduled when the tensions subside so that the visit can be productive.
