Border cop lightly hurt by stone in Old City

A border policeman was lightly hurt on Sunday morning after he was hit in the head by a stone hurled at him in an alley in Jerusalem's Old City.

The officer was treated at the scene and returned to work.

Earlier Sunday, Muslim youths who had holed themselves up inside the Aksa Mosque compound on Saturday night hurled stones at visitors and security forces at the Temple Mount.
