Police fear several people may have been killed in an accident that occurred in the Tiberias area overnight Monday when a vehicle's brakes went out, causing it to flip over and burst into flames.

Paramedics treated the seven-year-old girl on the scene before evacuating her to Poriah Medical Center in Tiberias.
