Cell phone industry responds to WHO cancer study

The International Association for Wireless Telecommunications, CTIA, responded to Tuesday's announcement that World Health Organization had listed cellular phones as a possible carcinogen by saying it "does not mean cell phones cause cancer," and that the WHO “did not conduct any new research, but rather reviewed published studies."
CTIA continued by saying that the WHO's research wing "conducts numerous reviews and in the past has given the same score to, for example, pickled vegetables and coffee."
