The agreement made between the Health and Finance Ministries and the nurses union that hospital occupancy does not exceed 120 percent will go into effect Tuesday, Army Radio reported.

Patients will have to be transferred between departments and hospitals in order to alleviate overcrowding. The nurses union has threatened a general strike if the demands are not met.
