ISA mulls providing licensing test in English for Olim

The Israel Securities Authority is considering offering its licensing test for investment management, investment marketing and portfolio management in English, but is waiting to see if enough popular demand exists to warrant it.
If approved, the upcoming November 24th exam would have its questions translated into English, though legal source material such as laws and regulations would still be presented in the original Hebrew.
The English would only be available to recent Olim, who are already given extra test-taking time and the use of a dictionary not afforded to others.
The licensing exam is the only one from the ISA that cannot be exempted for new immigrants, which is why they are making the push to make it more friendly toward recent arrivals.
Those interested in taking the exam in English should contact the Authority at https://isaexams.co.il, which they will use to guage interest.
