A car explosion in Rehovot left a 58-year-old man in moderate to severe condition on Sunday evening. Paramedics evacuated the man to Kaplan Medical Center at Rehovot. The circumstance of the incident has been attributed to a technical fault in that led to an explosion of gas canisters that were being transported by the vehicle.
