The Interior Ministry's District Committee on Tuesday will discuss over 780 new housing units on the southern slopes of Gilo in Jerusalem. Earlier this year, the approval of new homes in Gilo drew international condemnation, including from European Union Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton, who said she was "deeply disappointed" by the move.
