The management of Israel Railways turned to the Labor Court Friday night in an attempt to prevent the company's train conductors from implementing planned labor sanctions on Sunday.

The conductors were expected to deliberately slow down the country's rail traffic, in protest of the Israel Railways' intentions to privatize and outsource its maintenance system.
