A 21-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for breaking into an apartment in Zvulon and shooting an arrow at the owner, using a fishing rifle. The owner was lightly wounded in the attack. Police suspect that the circumstance of the break-in was somehow related to a prior argument between the intruder and the owner, but further details were murky since both parties refused to cooperate with the authorities.
