IDF Arabic spox. 'Captain Ella' denounces Iran-Hezbollah financial ties

Separately, IDF Arabic Spokesperson Lt.-Col. Ella Waweya, also known by the nickname "Captain Ella," denounced Hezbollah's ties with Iran.

"We will target the economic resources belonging to Hezbollah. We attacked more than 2,000 targets and killed more than 700 saboteurs, hundreds of whom were from the Radwan Force," she said.

"The Iranian regime harms the state of Lebanon directly and indirectly, with Iranian missiles falling in the heart of the capital, Beirut," she added.

"The IDF continues to deepen its concentrated ground operations in the area. The Lebanese Armed Forces failed in their mission to remove the presence of Hezbollah from southern Lebanon. We will not compromise on disarming Hezbollah, and we will continue to deepen the strikes against it," she stated.
