International Committee of the Red Cross returned the man who crossed Israel's northern border into Lebanon on Wednesday back to Israeli soil, Lebanese English newspaper the Daily Star reported.Thiry-four-year-old Simon Sa'dati was reportedly handed over to Israeli authorities around 9:30 a.m. at the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in Naqoura.Sa'dati, who allegedly suffers from a mental illness, was handed over to the International Red Cross on Saturday after three days of interrogations by the Lebanese army intelligence, Lebanese TV station LBCI News.
