Netanyahu instructs UN Israeli envoy to lodge complaint against Palestinian Red Crescent

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday instructed Israeli envoy to the United Nations Danny Danon to lodge a formal complaint with Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon against the Palestinian Red Crescent for allegedly failing to stop and treat two Israelis who were the target of a terror attack in the South Hebron Hills on Friday.
Netanyahu further demanded that the International Red Cross based in Geneva open a thorough and stringent investigation into the Palestinian Red Crescent and take action against those responsible, according to a statement released by the Foreign Ministry.
Rabbi Ya’akov Litman, 40, and his son Netanel, 18, were shot to death by Palestinian terrorists outside Otniel south of Hebron on Friday afternoon and were laid to rest in Jerusalem on Saturday night.
On its webpage the Palestinian Red Crescent Society denied all the accusations against it.
