PM: I could also put preconditions on talks, but I don't

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu repeated his calls for immediate negotiations with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in an interview with CNN on Friday, suggesting that he could also put preconditions on the start of talks.
"You don't predetermine negotiations before they've begun." The main thing, he said, "is that we have to being negotiations right away."
"I could put preconditions on [Abbas]," Netanyahu added, "I could tell him to dismantle one of the refugee camps, just one." But he said he is not going to do so.
