A Palestinian man suspected of being behind hostilities in the weekly Friday riots against the security fence in the West Bank villages of Na'alin and Bil'in was arrested by a special Border Police force in the Ramallah area overnight Wednesday Also in the Ramallah area, IDF and border policemen arrested a Palestinian fugitive, finding a pipe bomb, ammunition and explosives in his home.
