Police on Thursday arrested 14 people, including two minors, on suspicion of drug trafficking in the Beduin town of Tel Sheva. Over 160 police took part in the raid, which also turned up 100 grams of heroin.
The drug bust came thanks to the efforts of an undercover officer deployed among drug traffickers in the Negev region over the last few months. The agent reportedly gained the trust of drug dealers in the town, and was eventually able to gather evidence implicating 18 suspects in trafficking of heroin and Chrystal Meth.
Police say the suspects distributed the drugs out of a network of drug houses in and around Tel Sheva.
