The population of Jews living in West Bank settlements grew by 14,000 people in the last 12 months to 334,000 Israel Radio reported Thursday according to census data.

The data indicate that Kiryat Sefer, also known as Modi'in Illit, saw the biggest increase at 3,500 people.
