Syrian fighter jets bombed targets near the country's border with Lebanon, Israel Radio reported on Saturday.

Lebanese media outlets report nine people were killed in the airstrikes and an additional nine were wounded.

The attacks were reportedly aimed at an area near the border with a heavy concentration of Syrian refugees, according to Israel Radio.
