Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Kadima chair Shaul Mofaz highlighted four priorities for their unity government on Tuesday, emphasizing with each the importance of acting "responsibly."
The first was replacing the Tal Law with a "responsible" alternative. The second was presenting a "responsible" budget that would address both economic and social needs. The third was changing the governance system to bring greater stability to Israeli politics. Finally, advancing a "responsible" peace process with the Palestinians.
The coalition government has until general elections in October 2013 to reach these goals.
