US decries 'outrageous terrorist attack' in Kiryat Arba

The US State Department has condemned the attack which resulted in the murder of 13-year-old Israeli Hallel Yaffa Ariel on Thursday morning, calling it an "outrageous terrorist attack," and “simply unconscionable.”

The press release also wished the security guard who came to stop the attacker a quick and full recovery.

Climbing the fence around the Kiryat Arba settlement, terrorist Mohammad Tarairah from the village of Bani Naim near Hebron managed to stab the unarmed Israeli teen over eight times before being shot and killed by guards.
