Dr. Richie Friedman of Hatzalah tragically killed in New York

He died from traumatic cardiac arrest soon after being rushed to a hospital.

Dr. Richie (Tzvi Nochum) Friedman, the medical director of Hatzalah in the New York area, was struck by a vehicle on Saturday night when walking home from synagogue.
He died from traumatic cardiac arrest soon after being rushed to a hospital.
Friedman was the medical director of Hatzalah in New York City, Monsey. Rockland County, and the Catskills. He was also one of the founding members of Hatzalah on the West Side.
His funeral will take place at the Bobover Beis Medrash in Boro Park on Sunday.
