Dozens of settlers arrived at the Oz Zion outpost in the West Bank on Sunday night equipped with building tools with the intention of setting up structures.
Soldiers and police arrived and showed the activists an order that declared the area, which is adjacent to the Beit El settlement in Samaria, a closed military zone.

Most of the activists dispersed, but two boys were arrested by the army. The youths, one from Bat Yam and the other from Bnei Brak, are suspected of attacking a police officer and violating a military order. Judea and Samaria Police took both for questioning.
Also on Sunday, police in Hebron arrested far-right activist Baruch Marzel on suspicion of carrying out two assaults against Palestinians in recent months.
Marzel was arrested at the entrance to Kiryat Arba. Police said that he ignored several requests to show up for questioning. As a result, a court handed police an arrest warrant in recent days.
