Britain's first Jewish ambassador to Israel, Matthew Gould and his wife Celia had their first sabra baby girl on Friday.Baby Rachel Elizabeth was born early Friday morning at the Lis Maternity Hospital in the Tel Aviv Medical Center.RELATED:UK embassy in Israel donates underwater scooter to ZAKAEditor's Notes: A most intriguing ambassador"We are both incredibly happy and proud new parents," Gould said.
