Text: The mistake has taken place when all agreed with Arafat on the setting up of an independent state where one could not sustain itself. Therefore, now is the time to correct the problem and to declare that based on UN 242, Jordan will receive, as part of an agreement with Israel, most of the West Bank, and Egypt will receive, as part of an agreement with Israel, the entire Gaza Strip. Such a move, for a variety of reasons, is good for both Jordan and Egypt and certainly to the residents of these two territories. But mostly it is good for world peace.
