A suicide car bomber targeted a NATO convoy in southern Afghanistan on Sunday, killing at least three civilians and wounding four others, a police officer said. The blast damaged a NATO armored vehicle and scattered the pieces of the car bomb over a wide area in Kandahar city, according to an Associated Press reporter at the scene. It was not immediately clear if there were any NATO casualties.
