Another oil pipeline explodes in Nigeria

A pipeline caught fire Thursday in a poor Lagos neighborhood - the second explosion in three days - and Red Cross workers were investigating, officials said. There was no immediate word on casualties. Adeola Adefolabi, a Lagos government official, said the blast was in a northern Lagos neighborhood. A Nigerian Red Cross official, Ige Oladimeji, said his workers were heading to the site, but had no information on injuries.
