EU nations call for further sanctions against Iran

Britain, France and Germany on Thursday called on the UN to toughen sanctions against Iran, Israel Radio reported.
In a statement backed by the US, the three nations said they were far from convinced that Iran's nuclear program was for peaceful purposes only, and a 'wait and see' approach was unacceptable.
